DELIVERIES AND PICK-UP
DELIVERY OF PARCELS
Please follow these instructions for sending your packages, depending on the expected delivery date:
- From September 29 to October 3: Delivery address on logistics platform: ETXE LOGISTIKA - 600 route de Bidache, 40300 HASTINGUES
- From October 4 : Delivery address to the convention center: LE BELLEVUE - Place Bellevue, 64200 BIARRITZ
Please refer to the table below to identify the exact delivery and collection location that corresponds to your situation.
IDENTIFICATION OF PACKAGES AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Each package must clearly and legibly include the information listed on the labels to be downloaded below. This information must be printed and visibly affixed to each shipment.
Any package not identified in accordance with the instructions, or delivered outside the authorized dates, may be refused or not processed by the Palais des Congrès - LE BELLEVUE or the ETXE LOGISTIKA logistics platform .
Delivery remains entirely the responsibility of the exhibiting company .
Under no circumstances can the Palais des Congrès de Biarritz, the logistics platform, or the organizer be held responsible for a delivery failure, a refusal to receive or an incident related to storage.
RETURN OF PARCELS AFTER THE CONGRESS
Packages must be repackaged on-site after the event, with a return label clearly affixed to each package. The return label must be printed before the event. No printing can be done on site .
Each label must include the following information:
- Name of the exhibiting company and full contact details of the contact person
- Carrier Name
- Total number of packages
For collections at Bellevue: A storage space will be provided in the Rotunda to allow exhibitors to have their packages collected by delivery personnel at the end of the event.
Packages must be collected on the dates and times indicated.
It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to ensure that their carrier complies with all delivery, collection and access instructions.
In the event of non-compliance, storage fees or, where applicable, the destruction of packages may be applied by the Palais des Congrès or the logistics platform, without the organizer or its service providers being held liable.
ACCESS CONDITIONS :
Please note : The delivery locations are not equipped with an unloading dock . It is therefore imperative to inform your carrier that the vehicle used must be equipped with a tail lift to ensure the delivery of your equipment in good conditions.
CONVENTION CENTRE - THE BELLEVUE
- On-site handling : The Palais des Congrès provides a trolley and a single pallet truck . In order to avoid any waiting or difficulty during delivery or collection, it is strongly recommended that you inform your carrier to come equipped with their own handling equipment , if they wish to intervene quickly and independently.
- Exterior access via 2 doors (L 2.15 m x H 2.17 m) and a 3.50 m wide staircase (17 steps) or by a freight elevator
- Goods lift Po 2000 kg / Depth 3 mx L 2.40 m H 2.16 m
Delivery truck: Trucks over 20 m³ are authorized to circulate only in the morning on the following dates:
- Monday, October 6, 2025 : from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Friday, October 10, 2025 : from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
No truck over 20 m³ will be allowed to circulate in Biarritz in the afternoon , regardless of the date.
It is imperative that you organize your deliveries and collections taking these constraints into account.

Vehicles weighing more than 21 tonnes are prohibited in Biarritz city centre.
Access to small deliveries (only by exhibitors):
By the main entrance of the Palace for people who have very little to leave on stands.
Parking on Place Bellevue is strictly prohibited.
Delivery access for vehicles up to 20m3:
Access via Mazagran Street then via the
Bellevue passage.
Parking on the sea side, opposite the Atlantic hall freight elevator, only during unloading time.
Delivery access only for vehicles +20m3 and less than 21 tons:
Access via Place Bellevue by taking Rue Victor Hugo in the one-way direction.

PICK-UP ON THE EXTE LOGISTIKA PLATFORM
For the return of your pallets/parcels:
At the end of the congress, exhibitors present on-site must:

- Repackage their materials,
- Deposit them in the designated pick-up area within the convention center.
Parcels not collected by the carrier at the LE BELLEVUE Convention Center will be:
- Transferred by EXTE LOGISTIKA to their platform in Hastingues,
- Available for carrier pick-up according to the dates and times indicated in the summary table.

- A pre-printed return label (no printing on-site),
- Your company’s address and contact information.
The transport and return service of parcels between the EXTE LOGISTIKA platform (Hastingues) and the LE BELLEVUE Convention Center (Biarritz) is covered by A3P for all our exhibitors, in accordance with the dates and times specified in the summary table.
